Additional Information: I am a biologist and ecologist that teaches at the Sierra Vista campus of Cochise College. My formal post secondary education includes an A.A. in General Education from Reedley College, California, a B.A. in Zoology from CSU, Fresno and a M.S. in Ecology from Northern Arizona University. I have worked as a biological consultant doing field surveys, including Habitat Conservation Plans, Environmental Assessments and surveys for threatened and endangered species, on behalf of a number of governmental agencies and private companies and parties. I am a field biologist that enjoys fungi, plants and animals, as well as community ecology. My graduate research involved plant ecology including plant-insect interactions and study of nurse plants. I have taught at Modesto Junior College, Reedley College, CSU, Fresno and NAU.
