Employment Application and ProceduresEmployment Procedures at Cochise College It is the College’s policy to accept applications for open positions only, as they occur. Job announcements are posted and circulated locally, regionally, and/or nationally depending upon the position. Many are posted in the news media, journals, and our local website. You may apply online (link to the application is at the bottom of this page) or in person by submitting your application packet to Human Resources at either our Douglas or Sierra Vista Campus, FAX to (520) 417-4006, or mail to Human Resources, Cochise College, 4190 West Highway 80, Douglas, AZ 85607. To be considered a candidate with the College, the Cochise College application and required material (which varies with the type of position being applied for) must be received in the Department of Human Resources no later than the date and time stated on the job announcement.
If an application packet is not complete as itemized above, it will not be forwarded to the interview/selection committee. All materials must be received by the deadline in order for your application packet to be considered. If you are hired, you will need to furnish the College with official transcripts. Cochise College faculty candidates must meet the qualification criteria set by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools, as well as Cochise College qualifications and standards. Important Notice: If you are applying online, once you click "submit," you will need to click on “please proceed to the supplemental data form" to complete that form.
