Administrative Support/ Classified

|Family Medical Leave
|Eligible after 12 months continuous employment. Employee must have worked a minimum of 1250 hours for Cochise College prior to the qualifying event.||Health insurance premium for employee is paid by the College for 90 days. Other optional benefits (except disability) paid by employee during FMLA.||Up to 12 weeks for qualifying event of employee or family member.|
|Bereavement Leave||Eligible on date of hire.||No cost to employee.||Up to 4 consecutive days at any one time for immediate family members.|
|Military Leave||Eligible on date of hire.||No cost to employee.||National Guard granted 30 days leave in any 2-year period. When called for active duty, employee will be granted unpaid leave. Military orders must be provided upon return from leave.|
|Holidays||Eligible on date of hire.||No cost to employee.||Nineteen days per year (NOTE: Faculty have those days which fall within the academic calendar.)|

|Salary increase equivalent to 1 grade per 15 approved units.|
|Tuition Exemption for Cochise College Courses||Eligible on date of hire.||Appropriate registration and lab fees based on enrollment in specific courses.||Employee may receive up to 2 for credit courses per semester. Spouse and dependents 25 years of age and younger receive an unlimited amount of units per semester for enrollment in Cochise College courses only. 300,400, graduate level classes
|Regular Full-time employees educational plan must be reviewed with HR Vice-President before starting program.||Limited to max of 6 units per semester and 6 units per summer will be reimbursed up to 4 times college tuition rate not to exceed 80% of annual tuition. Fees, books and travel may not be reimbursed.|
