INFOnline Employee Information
The Banner online system and the direct deposit email system are available to all Cochise College employees.
You can view your pay stubs, review your personalized tax forms, check leave balances, sign up to receive direct deposit emails, update personal information and more.
The systems are available as follows: Monday - Friday 6 a.m. - 11 p.m. Saturday-Sunday All day

Enter Employee Secure Area
Employee Services/Personal Information You can:
- View your direct deposit breakdown; your earnings and deductions history; and your pay stubs.
- Change your W-4 information and view your W-2 Form or T4 Form.
- Check your leave balances and history
- Change your PIN
- View and update your address, phone number and email address
- View and update your emergency contacts
- Update or view your beneficiary information.
- Update your name, marital status, and social security number
Direct Deposit: Create Direct Deposit Email Address:
- Click on "Enter Employee Secure Area" located at the top or bottom of this page.
- Enter your ID and pin and click Login
- Click on Personal Information
- Click on Update E-Mail Address(es)
- Click on the arrow next to Type of Email to Insert, select Direct Deposit and click Submit.
- Enter the email address at which you want to receive your stub in the box next to Email and click Submit.
- You can now exit the page.
Please note that there can only be one email address type of Direct Deposit. If you already have an email address type of Direct Deposit, please use the instructions for updating your email address.
Direct Deposit: Update Your Direct Deposit Email Address:
- Click on "Enter Employee Secure Area" located at the top or bottom of this page.
- Enter your ID and pin and click Login
- Click on Personal Information
- Click on Update E-Mail Address(es)
- Click on the email address listed under Direct Deposit. This will display your current direct deposit email address.
- Enter the email address at which you want to receive your stub in the box next to Email and click Submit.
- You can now exit the page.
