Conferencing Services and Facilities

Cochise College Libraries has five rooms, four at the Sierra Vista Campus Library and one at the Douglas Campus Library, that can be used for satellite conferencing, meetings, and special events. Cochise College faculty and staff and the community may schedule these rooms. To see what facilities are available please see the table below. If you need equipment or have a special request that is not standard in the rooms please ask about it.

Follow the steps below to request a room.

  1. See the table below to determine which room you wish to use.
  2. Fill out the Room Reservation Form.
  3. We will send you confirmation of availability by e-mail or phone.

Note: This form is for room reservations only.

  • Please submit a copy of all room layouts and diagrams to the IMS department in writing at least one week before the event so we can coordinate with Maintenance. (You must submit a work order to Maintenance at least one week prior to the event.)
  • The Library Director must approve all requests for rearranging furniture.
  • You should receive confirmation by phone or e-mail.
  • If you have any questions or do not receive confirmation please contact our office at (520) 515-5481 or by e-mail.

* 150 occupants if the Library is open, up to 200 if it is closed. This must be aproved by the Library Director.


** The following equipment is available in the rooms as indicated above. Additional equipment can be used upon request.

  • S - Satellite, VCR, Laser Disc, and Cable TV - controlled from IMS
  • V - VCR/Monitor in Room
  • LD - Laser Disc Player in Room
  • I - Internet/College Network
  • P - Phone
