Every student moving into residence must fill out an application, sign a contract and pay a room deposit of $100 ($150 for apartments) prior to occupying a room in Cochise College housing. If you will not be staying in the residence halls, your deposit will be forfeited if the Housing Office is not notified prior to the check-in date.

The housing deposit is retained by the college against possible losses or damages during your stay. The deposit, less any charges and laundry charges, will be returned when you:

1. Return all residence property in good condition.
2. Meet all financial obligations to the college.
3. Have not renewed your housing contract for the next academic year.
4. Terminate your enrollment at the college.
5. Are declared ineligible to enter or return to the college for academic or disciplinary reasons.
