Dr. Marr has worked at community colleges since 1984 and has been with Columbus State CC since 1989. He has served as assistant for academic affairs; dean, business and public service; dean, business and engineering; and dean, career and technical programs. His areas of expertise also include program evaluation and assessment.

Mr. Goode’s background in education spans from high school to the university level. He has taught high school and community college business; served as campus director for a university; and worked as director of student life and dean of students prior to taking his current position. His areas of expertise also include admissions/recruiting, budget/planning, and competency-based learning.

Dr. Marrs has served in a wide range of positions at the college and university levels. She spent many years in a variety of positions at the Spartan School of Aeronautics. Her areas of expertise include adult and continuing education, social sciences, business administration, extension programs and sites, proprietary higher education, total quality management, and business and industry training.

Ms. Gail Odneal

Ms. Odneal worked as a nurse, nursing instructor, and professor of nursing at a number of hospitals and education institutions prior to taking her current position. In addition to healthcare education, her areas of expertise include program evaluation, clinical education, and faculty review.

Dr. Sena has worked as an education consultant, adjunct faculty, program director and academic/vocational dean. His areas of expertise include teacher education in the areas of early childhood, elementary and secondary education; special education; adult and continuing education; and ESL teaching. He also is knowledgeable about academic affairs, developmental education, distance learning, boards of trustees, and clinical education.
