Question. I cannot get logged into Blackboard. When I try I get an error message that states an error occurred while the system was processing the request. What now?

Answer. This un-helpful error message means that you accidentally used the wrong login ID. All students at Cochise College must log into Blackboard with their "C000..." number. If you do not know your "C000..." number please contact the Online Campus staff for help.
