University Transfer Pathways

University of Arizona Sierra Vista Partnership

The Cochise Cats program is a partnership between Cochise College and the University of Arizona South designed to help you make the most of programs and services offered at both institutions. Now it’s easier and more affordable than ever to transfer credits between Cochise College and UA South and to obtain a bachelor’s degree.

Once you’re a Cochise Cat, you’ll earn approximately 60 academic credits at Cochise College before transferring to the University of Arizona to earn the final 60 credits of your degree. The program is offered in the following Southern Arizona locations:

  • Sierra Vista
  • Douglas
  • Santa Cruz County

Courses are offered by both Cochise College and UA South at each of these locations.

Arizona State University Partnership

Point ASU is a partnership between Cochise College and Arizona State University specifically designed to make it easier and more cost-effective for students to obtain a bachelor’s degree. Because of that, when you join Point ASU, you’ll enjoy the benefits of dual advising, guaranteed tuition limits, and a degree plan ideally suited for you.

But Point ASU isn’t just an easier path to a great education and a great degree. You’ll also save thousands of dollars versus a traditional four-year university experience by completing approximately 60 hours of coursework at Cochise College. How smart is that?
