The Office of Technology Services will provide the highest quality technology-based services, in the most cost-effective manner, to facilitate the College mission as it applies to the management, teaching, learning, and community service.
To meet this mission, Technology Services will:

  • Provide effective technology support for audio/visual, computer, multimedia, voice, video, and web-based applications and services to all areas of the college.
  • Promote and facilitate the effective integration of technology into the basic mission of the college through planning, programming, training, consulting, and other support activities.
  • Develop, enhance, and manage the College’s enterprise networks to provide high speed, transparent, and highly functional connectivity among all information resources.
  • Develop and maintain highly effective, reliable, secure, and innovative information systems to support instructional, administrative and research functions.
  • Facilitate the collection, storage, security and integrity of electronic data while ensuring appropriate access.

All incoming students have accounts created for them a week after their acceptance notification. Contact Admissions if you haven’t received your credentials by the time you register. Passwords to each account should never be shared with anyone.

The MyCochise portal provides all current students secure access to services and resources that include signing into email, registering for classes, paying fees, reviewing schedules, personal information and unofficial transcripts, library resources and more.

Username: Student email without
Password: First login is date of birth (MMDDYY)

Military students: Due to online security restrictions, students using computers on military installations may not be able to access their student records, financial aid and register & pay pages within MyCochise. The Cochise College Fort Huachuca Education Center should be able to assist you.

MOS Credentialing Program students, not enrolled in other Cochise College courses, use their CC Account directly to verify information and access unofficial transcripts. Our MOS Credentialing Office on Fort Huachuca handles MOS students’ admission, registration and processing fees.

Accessible through MyCochise, students can utilize Gmail and other Google cloud-based applications, including calendar, chat, docs, groups, contacts and mobile. College email is the official form of communication at every Cochise College campus and center.

Student email format: last name + first initial + 3 numbers +

MOS students enrolled in dual classes need to contact the help desk to receive an email account.

Mobile device set up: reset your password at MyCochise once, than follow these instructions to set up your college Gmail on your mobile device.

Moodle is our course management system for online classes and can be accessed through MyCochise. Contact the Online Campus for questions concerning Moodle and online classes.

Accessible through MyCochise, allows students to view and plan their progress towards their degree. Students will also be able to see how their degree progress would differ if they were to switch majors.

Military students: Use the MyDegreePlan direct link, your username is your Cochise College ID (your C number) and your password should be in a message in your Cochise College email account. If you misplace or forget your password, or have other questions, email

A learning interface used in math classes. Your instructor will indicate in class if you need to use MyLabsPlus website for your math class. Contact the Math and Science Department at (520) 515-5477 to retrieve your username and password.

Technology Help Desk Form

The help desk form can be used to reset MyCochise security questions, enable accounts that were disabled due to four login attempts, to set account permissions to see the same navigation as other students/employees or other MyCochise, Moodle, MyDegreePlan and MyLabsPlus inquiries.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is wifi available on campus?

Yes. All of our campuses and centers provide free public wireless Internet access for those who bring a laptop. On your computer’s list of available wireless networks, select CollegeUser and you’re connected.

Why won’t my computer turn on?

Make sure the computer is plugged into a power outlet or backup power supply and that it is turned on.

Why won’t my printer print?

The driver for the printer may not be the correct one, the printer may not connected to the PC, or the printer may be disconnected from an electrical outlet. You may need to contact a lab aide.

After being logged in for a while, I am being asked to login to one of the  Cochise College Account links.

If you get the Cochise College Account (CC Account) login screen go back to the MyCochise tab and re-click the link previously used to refresh your account. For security reasons, CC Account links will log users out after 20 minutes of inactivity in its page, independent from MyCochise activity.

I am a work study, how do I access my time sheet?

  1. Log into MyCochise
  2. Copy this URL:
  3. Click Add under navigation
  4. Give the Link a title
  5. Paste URL
  6. Click Save Links
  7. Button will always be available under Favorites unless deleted.


Why can’t I open email attachments?

The application that can open the attached file is probably not installed in your computer. Email attachments should be sent in one of the Microsoft Office file types, plain text or Adobe Acrobat format.

How do I set up my college Gmail on my hand-held or mobile device?

Follow set up Gmail with other mail clients Google website instructions to set up your email on your mobile device.

How do I forward my college email to another email account?

Reset your password at MyCochise once, then follow the sign into Gmail Google website instructions to set up your college Gmail on your mobile device.

How do I change my college personal information?

Visit MyCochise and click on the student personal information link to change your information on the college’s system. You must contact Admissions to change your name in the system.

How do I change my MyCochise and email usernames?

Contact the IT help desk above to change your username and email.
