Cochise College aviation program celebrates 50 years

Cochise College’s Aviation Program is celebrating its 50th anniversary over the weekend of October 6 and 7. The college would like to invite the public, students, staff, faculty, alumni, and friends.  The celebration will be held at the Douglas Campus located at 4190 West Highway 80, Douglas, Arizona 85607.

To commemorate this historic milestone, on October 6 there will be a host fly in at 7:00 am. Then the Flight Club will host a Pancake Breakfast starting at 8:00 am.  Throughout the weekend, there will be games, various displays, exhibits featuring the flight simulators, and a chance to win a Discovery Flight.

Saturday’s activities will conclude with a Mile High Murder Mystery Dinner at 6:00 pm.  Join us for an evening of homicide, havoc, and heinous hotshots to benefit the aviation program. The cost for the Mile High Murder Mystery Dinner is $30 per person which includes fun, appetizers and a buffet dinner. To purchase tickets, go to Cochise College FlyCochise website.
