College adjusts some instruction for fall 2020 semester

On Tuesday, July 28 the Cochise County Community College District Governing Board approved the recommendation by the college’s administration to adopt a motion authorizing the College President to move all instruction, except in those cases where in-person instruction is required, to a remote format for fall 2020. The college campuses and centers will remain open to serve students.

As the college moves instruction for some courses to a live-streaming or remote format for the fall semester, college staff will be contacting the students affected by this change before classes begin on August 17.

Although these are uncertain times filled with an abundance of change, one thing that won’t change is Cochise College’s commitment to the success of its students to fulfill their college education.

Registration is going on now. For more information about the fall semester at Cochise College you can call 1-800-966-7943 or visit
