2020 Census Solutions Workshop

Cochise County’s Census Complete Count Committee invites you to a Census Solutions Workshop on October 24, 2019.
The purpose of this event is to inform community members, groups, organizations and businesses about the upcoming 2020 Census, to let you know how you can help ensure an accurate count, to forge cross-sector collaboration, and find innovative ways to reach hard-to-count populations.
By attending this free workshop you will have the opportunity to:
- Find out why the Census is critically important to the future of Cochise County.
- Join other community leaders do develop strategic outreach campaigns.
- Ensure your community is represented and needs are heard.
The Census Solutions Workshop will be held on Thursday, 10/24/19, from 9am-1pm, in the Community Room at the Cochise College Sierra Vista campus located at 901 N. Colombo Ave. Sierra Vista.
Please join us in bringing together a countywide community of local leaders, non-profits, entrepreneurs, innovators, philanthropists, businesses, and advocates, to develop creative solutions to improve Census survey response rates from hard-to-count populations such as the elderly, low-income families, military members, non-English speakers, children, and rural communities.
To help us provide the most effective workshop for our community’s diverse needs, we are asking you to complete a short survey BEFORE you attend the workshop.
