Innovation for the 21st Century


Cochise College will hold a presentation about Innovation for the 21st Century with Colleen Stiles Ph.D. on Thursday, April 18 at 12:15 p.m. in the Community Room located on the Sierra Vista Campus.

Dr. Colleen Stiles defines innovation as the intersection of making a living and making a difference. She currently serves as faculty and as the Director of Strategic Alliances for the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs (UCCS) Bachelor of Innovation™ (BI). Dr. Stiles also serves as faculty for the innovation-required core, teaching Entrepreneurship and Business Strategy, Introduction to Entrepreneurship, Innovation Process, Technical and Proposal Writing and Presentations, and Teams. She is a Kellogg National Leadership Fellow, Daniels Fund Ethics Fellow, and a known speaker on topics as angel investing, the new entrepreneurial spirit, impact-based philanthropy, and innovation

After the presentation, attendees are invited to network with students who are studying and majoring in Business.  The Small Business Development Center and Arizona@Work will be available to review (or help write) your resume and cover letter and will offer mock interviews.
