Cochise Newsroom
Cochise College is hosting a FREE AFA Cyber Camp in July for middle and high school students to learn about the growing field of cybersecurity.
"Attending an AFA Cyber Camp is a great way to explore the world of cybersecurity," said Dan Guilmette, director of the college's CIS/Cybersecurity Programs. "If you're just getting started or already have some experience, our Standard Cyber Camp builds foundational skills and requires no previous cybersecurity experience."
The AFA Cyber Camps are provided free of charge thanks to the support of the Center for the Future of Arizona.
What to Expect
- Learn how to protect your personal devices, accounts, and information from online threats.
- Build cybersecurity skills through hands-on lessons, activities, and guided practice.
- Work with other students in team competitions that simulate real-world cybersecurity challenges.
