Cochise College will recognize about 40 students who earned their high school equivalency (HSE) and completed the English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) program on Wednesday, May 13.
The ceremony begins at 7 p.m. on the Sierra Vista Campus. The event will honor graduates who have achieved their goals through the Adult Education program.
Over the past year, graduates have balanced work, family and personal responsibilities while preparing to successfully navigate the challenges of adult education and pass their tests. The ceremony will officially award them High School Equivalency diplomas, marking a pivotal moment in their educational journeys.
The evening will include remarks from alumni and current students, along with scholarship presentations recognizing academic achievement and perseverance.
