Moodle Support

The Moodle Support Team maintains the Moodle Learning Management System, provides technical support to students and faculty, and creates training resources to facilitate effective use of supported software.

Moodle Support is available Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM during the fall and spring semesters, and Monday-Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM during the summer. The team typically responds to after-hours support requests within an hour of returning to the office. Limited after-hours live support is available through the Technology Services (IT) Help Desk. Email helpdesk@cochise.edu or call 520-515-5400.

Support requests related to Cochise College accounts, password resets, email, and Zoom licenses should always be directed to the IT Help Desk.

Respondus Lockdown Browser is software that restricts access to other applications and websites during an exam. An additional feature, Respondus Monitor, allows for digital proctoring.
