All students participating in our free programs must be eligible as adult learners. An adult learner is 16 years of age or older and not currently enrolled in a high school program. Upon registration, students must show a valid photo I.D. Any student under the age of 18 must also provide proof of withdrawal from the local school district.

GED® Tests
The GED® Test Pathway requires that the student pass five GED® sub-tests including Reasoning through Language Arts (RLA), Math, Social Studies, Science, and the Arizona Civics Exam. Through our program, students will receive instruction targeted toward areas specifically covered in each GED® sub-test.
College Credit
The College Credit Pathway offers students who are ready for college to earn their High School Equivalency Diploma by taking and passing 25 credit hours worth of specific college courses and passing the Arizona Civics Test. HSE+
The High School Equivalency Plus Pathway (PDF) allows for students to combine credits that they earned in high school with specific college credits or GED® tests.
Our Integrated Education and Training (IET) program is an innovative combination of education and job skills training used to transition adult learners beyond adult basic education and through a career pathway that offers job training with a focus toward gainful employment.
This program is available to any student enrolled in an HSE, ABE, or ESOL program and will result in an Industry Certification. This program is intended to offer our students a competitive workforce advantage when applying for jobs upon graduation.
