Spring Break activities, hours March 6-12


Spring Break at Cochise College is set for March 6-12. No classes will be held during the break, but offices will remain open during regular hours, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The Student Government Association on the Sierra Vista Campus will also offer its annual Alternative Spring Break, with a wide array of community service activities for students Monday through Friday.  To participate in Alternative Spring Break email svstudentgov@cochise.edu for more information.

The Sierra Vista Campus library and the Douglas Campus library will be closed throughout Spring Break. Both libraries return to normal hours Monday, March 13.

 

Financial aid dates


March 22 – Second eight-week session financial aid freeze date. Students must register for all classes to receive financial aid assistance.
March 23 – Second eight-week session financial aid disbursement date.

College closed for President’s Day


February 20 – Cochise College will be closed Monday, February 20 in observance of President’s Day.
The normal class schedule and regular business hours, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, will resume Tuesday, February 21 at all campuses and centers.

College closed MLK Day


Cochise College will be closed Monday, Jan. 16, in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.

Offices reopen under normal business hours, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and classes resume Tuesday, Jan. 17, at all campuses and centers.

College closed for Thanksgiving


Cochise College will be closed Thursday, November 24 through Sunday, November 27 for the Thanksgiving Holiday. The normal class schedule and regular business hours, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, will resume Monday, November 28 at all campuses and centers.

College closed for Veterans Day


Cochise College will be closed Friday, November 11 in observance of Veterans Day. The normal class schedule and regular business hours, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, will resume Monday, November 14 at all campuses and center.

Register for spring classes


Cochise College has released its Spring schedule of courses. Students can register either online through MyCochise or in person at any campus or center starting November 1.

Spring semester classes begin January 8. Find out more important dates and deadlines by viewing the Academic Calendar. There is no late registration; all students must register and pay for a class the day before the official start date of the course.
