All tuition and fees must be paid the day you register for classes. If you have been awarded financial aid or a Cochise College scholarship, your registration will be retained, and you will not be dropped for non-payment. The financial aid process can take up to a few weeks so students are encouraged to fill out their FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) on the FAFSA website as soon as possible.
Students can also set up a payment plan. Visit the payment page for more information. All fees may change as approved by the Cochise College Governing Board.
Students can look up their class textbooks at the Cochise College Bookstore

The cost for fuel has been included in the hourly training rates. A “fuel surcharge” is added to flight rates should fuel costs increase significantly. The basis for the current flight rates is $5/gal. A fuel surcharge may already exist and will be adjusted as necessary. You will be notified prior to any adjustment in pricing.
Course costs include the minimum required training hours per the FAA. Any hours required above these to obtain the required proficiency will be billed at hourly rates. Course fees also include required books and first-time testing fees (knowledge test and DPE costs). Failed knowledge or practical tests will require additional training and testing fees.
