Official and Unofficial Transcripts

Current and former Cochise College students can request a copy of their transcripts. Per federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act regulations, transcript requests must be done by the student (not a parent or spouse) and must include a signature.

A student must have completed at least three units or more of Cochise College coursework with a grade of A, B, C, D, F, P or Audit (policy 3006.1)

Official Transcript

Official Transcript Request

Cochise College will mail official transcripts. The charge to mail or pick up official transcripts is $10 per transcript.

Transcript Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. A business office representative will accept your credit card payment at (520) 515-5416 or (520) 417-4076. Credit card information provided on a request form will be processed by the Business Office. Transcripts will not be sent if you have an outstanding financial obligation with Cochise College.

Important information

  • We will not accept cancellations once you have made payment.
  • Cochise College will send your transcript to the address you provide; we will not be responsible for errors, undeliverable or lost mail.
  • Expedited transcripts mailed Friday will be sent next business day delivery; weekend delivery is not available.
  • Expedited service is offered within the 48 continental states.
  • Archived transcripts prior to 1985 do not qualify for expedited service.

The National Student Clearinghouse provides a secure and convenient web-based method for students and alumni to request official transcripts.  Using the Clearinghouse interface you can order multiple transcripts to be sent to multiple locations in one session using a credit card for payment.  You’ll be guided through the easy step-by-step process and receive email updates and/or text message notification on your order.

Please do not fax Expedited Requests. Go to the Get my transcript website to place your order.

Delivery address must be a street address; FedEx does not deliver to PO boxes.

Expedited Service is a total of $85 ($10 transcript fee and $75 expedite fee).

Same-day expedited service is offered for requests and payments received by 2 p.m. Arizona time during normal business days.

You may request, pay for and pick up official transcripts with proper ID on a walk-in basis at the following locations:

  • Douglas Campus: One Stop/Bldg 1000/Admissions & Registration
  • Sierra Vista Campus: Student Union/Bldg 1000/Admissions & Registration

We do not email transcripts or send transcripts electronically. Complete the Official Transcripts Request PDF form, then print it, sign it, and send the form by mail or email to:

If you are enclosing a check or money order with your mailed request form, make it payable to Cochise College. Please do not send cash.

Transcript Processing Time

Transcript processing time is normally five business days after receiving the signed request and payment. During peak periods (January, February and August), it can take up to 10 business days to process requests. Transcripts are mailed via first-class mail.

Cochise College will close for a two-week winter break at 4:30 p.m. on the third Friday of December. If you will be requesting an official transcript before we close for two weeks, you should try to do it by mid-November, while the processing time is only five business days.

Grades will not be available for fall 16-week and the last 8-week classes until after 2 p.m. on the third Friday of December. If you would like us to hold your request until your fall grades have posted, select this option on the request form.

Due to the high volume of phone calls, emails, faxes and requests we receive during the break and in January, the processing time will increase to 10 business days, which will continue through February.

Unofficial Transcripts

Current Student

Unofficial transcripts are strictly copies of the computerized records on file (after 1985) in the Student Information System. To access your student account and view your transcripts, go to the My Classes Tab on MyCochise.

Inactive Students / MOS Students (Army) / Alumni

If you have not registered for a Cochise College class in more than a year, you will need to log in to your CC Account directly using your C# or Social Security Number to access unofficial transcripts.

MOS credentialing (Army classes with Cochise credit) students not enrolled in online classes should log into their CC Account directly, outside military installations, to access unofficial transcripts.

Archived Transcripts

If you attended Cochise College prior to 1985, your academic records may be archived. Complete the Official Transcripts Request PDF form, then print it, sign it and send the form by mail or email to:
