Speaker: Thom Brown--The last decade has witnessed a dramatic change in the composition of illegal drugs. Traditional drug traffickers are now cutting their cocaine, heroin, and methamphetamine with a wide range of highly toxic substances to increase drug potency. These toxins are causing a public health crisis in many countries worldwide, including the U.S.  Learn more about this global threat, and initiatives to enable medical and public health authorities to provide immediate targeted treatment in an effort to save lives.

She explored the capital city, Abu Dhabi, and the ultra-modern city of Dubai. Enjoy a photo journal of her trip to this culturally diverse country.

In July 2016, Bob Luce took an 8-day unguided hiking trip through Scotland on the 94-mile Rob Roy Way. He followed trails used by Rob Roy McGregor and other Scottish outlaws in the 1700's. He also enjoyed independent travel by car in northern and western Scotland, which included several historic battlefields, forts, castles and wildlife reserves. The trip ended with a few days of independent touring in Edinburgh.
