The Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) in Leadership, Management, and Operations provides a detailed exploration of the operations of a business organization through the development of operational skills, management techniques, and leadership ability. The Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Leadership, Management, and Operations (LMO) focuses on the managerial side of the workplace. This degree will teach you to exercise ethical influence, solve complex problems, think critically, inspire teamwork, and manage conflict.

Please Note: Students must have completed an approved associate or bachelor’s degree related to military programs, public safety, or professional studies from an institution accredited by an institutional (previously regionally) accrediting body (IAB). The degree must include a minimum of 60 lower-division undergraduate credits.

The Registered Nurse to Bachelor of Science Nursing (RN to BSN) program is ideal for Registered Nurses who want to expand their knowledge base, increase job security, and enjoy greater career mobility. The RN to BSN degree program is a post-licensure nursing program. This means that students must already be licensed as an RN to be accepted for admission and must maintain an active and unencumbered RN license throughout their enrollment in the program. The program is designed to expand graduates’ knowledge base, enhance their marketability as an RN, and permit them to enjoy greater career stability as an RN.
