Overview
The Viticulture Certificate program is designed to prepare individuals for various careers in the grape growing industry. Classroom instruction, laboratory, and field applications of viticulture principles and practices are included in the program of study.
Learning Outcomes
Students who successfully complete this program will be able to do the following:
